Everyone scans one QR code

Put the lobby on the TV. Each team joins on one phone, picks a game piece and appears on the wall. No installs, no accounts.

Walk up to a checkpoint and it opens

Teams choose their route across a real map. Walk up to a pin and it opens. No codes to type, no tapping around the screen. Thirty seconds to answer, four lanes and a clock. Faster correct answers earn more points, and the team knows on the spot.

Reveal the winners on the big screen

Bring everyone back to the screen and reveal the podium from the bottom up. Teams can open their own results afterwards.
